I hit a cow today

Well not really, I went down between them (3 foot separation) and then she stepped on my Zephyr 2, she chewed on it, poop3d on it, and then pissed on it as the farmer chased her off.

Lesson to be learned, don't crash near cows -

The humor here is that the field is 1-2 miles LONG, half a mile wide and the cows were grouped in one area.

Video went out due to a defective receptacle on the 2.4ghz Lawmate, no time to LOS recover as it was already in the ground.
No video, didn't set ground recording up (Doh!) and hte GoPro was damaged on impact, last recording was 2 minutes previous on takeoff..

I took this from m y EZStar ground footage

Thats soo funny lol! I do feel sorry for your plane. Luckily everything is repairable like my bixler that has more weight in hot glue than actual epo on the front

It's a useful lesson.
Don't ever land in a field of cows. They are *intensely* curious, and
anything that isn't moving, will be investigated as a potential food source.
If it's not edible, it's just landscape.

I would have asked the farmer how much to have the cow. Then I would have had a tasty revenge in the form of a juicy steak! Eye for an eye, cow for an airplane...

Sorry about your plane... At least made for a funny story..
