I think Iīve made the coolest manual of any bike around.

Next December 16th Iīll attend last race of the 2012 season.

Iīll look for a camera operator then and upload some videos about this proyect.

Itīs been a slow way but seems close to a happy end.

There's something missing here...
Hmm..., I don't know, what could it be...
I have an itch for news in this thread so it's got to be related...

-AHH, I'VE GOT IT!
The vids and pics of the fabulous spanish bike have dissappeared (or were they never posted).

Please, trf, scratch my itch.

Hi guys.

First of all, Iīm out for holidays so no news about this proyect can be shown.

Due to weather conditions I didnīt attend past December 16th race so no new footage taken. I plan to put my hands on the bike by January 3rd or so, so any extra info, pics and videos will come after that.

Z_dad, if you think the itching is severe enough, feel free to tell me your email by PM and youīll receive some extra info that may calm it down.

See you soon.

No hurry at all once I missed the Christmas time, and you all have spent your money on other bikes...

Custom designed front spring have been installed on the bike.

Hope I can test it tomorrow afternoon.

Hi again.

Been quite busy updating other proyects and I found time to shoot some videos.

See them here:

http://www.youtube.com/user/trf414m2/videos?view=0

Any commercial development about this bike will be delayed for about 6 months or so, while more extensive testing takes place.

RC racing in my town completely disappeared so no high end tracks are available, and parking lots are so cracked and bumpy to test a small bike like this is.

Next racing season starts in a month or so and better tracks will give better info to improve this proyect.

See you then.

Hi guys...

So long since previous post but still trying to complete this bike development.

In the fixed issues column, front brace flex caused severe crashes at high speed that proved bike strengh. The bike is totally "raceable" by this time and many new custom designed parts find their way to the finished product.

More news soon, itīs time to take a look at some pics from several parts in order to realize its size/weight (new world record, I think).

Front wheel with Venom hard insert.

Complete fairing, some parts custom and Venom tank/seat.

Mr Ultralight CSC rider.

Complete bike with all electronics, no battery (heavy front wheel)

And finally, RTR weight with 1200mAh lipo...

I wanted to reach "427" mark in order to call it "Cobra" (from the AC Cobra 427cc V8), but I have gone too far (just a +0.7% from desired weight)

Hope you like all this...

Iīm back.

Wow, yes - Been a while since last postings.

Have you thought about using the 1/8 scale Venom Rider as a model for your rider?

*lol* Okay, you really have the lightest 8th Scale Bike around!

What amuses me the most:
- I have a fairing that looks very similar on my workbench, also 2 Pieces
- Amazing that there is another person in the world who thinks "Cobra" when he sees the numbers 427..

Will you be at the WC in August? I'd love to compare the Bikes. Still can't believe a bike that light works well..

Edit: Hey, you cheated! The Tank/Seat is unpainted, that will add more grams
And I think my "Mr. Light Venoman" had 7g, when I put him on the scale.

Very cool. When I saw the bike the very first time, I thought it would never work with the this thin and fragile parts. You make me mistaken... Congrats.

In fact it was the model to create my Ultralight rider. I took the Venom rider and rolled it over a sponge sheet...

No way to attend the WC as I donīt compete in 1/5 classes, and cash shortage doesnīt allow holidays in any foreign country.

A light bike like this is can be the ultimate rocket even with a 4600Kv motor installed. Iīm testing it with a 7800Kv one and thereīs no need at all.

The best feature about the small weight is that you can add ballast if you need/want. This is far easier than removing weight from a "whale" like Venom or OTOīs

Tank unpainted because I plan to design a custom one from coloured plastic. That will save those extra grams and maybe hit the magic mark....

Hi Peter.

In fact, this bike carbon parts are 2.5mm thick, same material used on touring car chassis almost 5 times heavier.
