Coming back to R/C, need some advice.
I have been out of R/C aircraft since about 1992 and would like to come back to it after finding two planes I forgot about in my parents' closet and after getting Spektrum 5e simulator system. (WOW, has this hobby changed!) They are the old Simprop Demoiselle and Taube for geared brushed 280 and NiCd batteries from Hobby Lobby. They are untouched and I would love to get them both flying.
I've done a fair amount of research on radios, li-poly and brushless motors... all the "in" stuff now and I'm looking for recommendations for the BEC, motor and battery.
So if any of you are familiar with these two planes and can make any recommendations, I'd greatly appreciate the input!

Hmmmm....trying to understand the German reference.....
Ditto on the HeadsUpRC recommendation. They'll getcha straight in short order....all with a good price, quick shipping, and customer service that's second to none.
