Syma S34G Chinook with Gyro

Greetings!

This thread is launched in anticipation of Syma's release of the S34G - described in the graphic as a 2.4GHz rebuild of the S022 with the addition of a gyro.

Interesting! So what does that make the S022G? A non-2.4GHz S022 with gyro?

Syma has got really confusing with its G nonG etc, or is it seller who don't know what they are selling/selling more because they realise a "G" on the end brings more money/sales?

So what we think we're looking at is.....

S022 The one we all know and love (most of us anyways).
S022G A G'ed up 27/35Mhz S022
S34G Same body and all but with 2.4Ghz and a Gyro (or is it S034G they seam to favour 3 digit numbers)

Does anyone actually have this model? I received an (defective) S022 earlier in the year but it was the non G version.

I think syma first produce s022g become 2.4g gyro helicopter, but they found the name is too similar with s022(no gyro), and so they want to change the name to s34g, but syma have produced s022g with gyro 2.4g.

No matter S022G or S34, a 2.4G gyro helicopter will be trend.

Thanks for posting that... Have you found a true s026g manual anywhere?

Thanks Gordonzo... My brain was mushy when I posted that. I think I meant the manual for the S022G so we can compare directly to the S34G and see what, if anything, is different between the two.

So we're still blundering about speculating wildly about this over in the S022G thread. One possibility is that the S022G will go away and will be replaced entirely by the S034G. Of course, one guy just bought the S022G and at this point, it's entirely unclear what the differences are between the S022G and S034G. I guess we have to wait until someone buys a S034G and talks about it here?

I was checking out the S034g Manual link that AngelaMiller1973 posted and compared it to my S022g and the only difference is I dont have pg-7.
