I almost forgot to update you guys about battery adapter parts for the RC Eye One. Glenn at RC-Connectors.com now has them in stock. He sent me some samples and they fit perfectly. Here is my post showing how I made the adaptor and here is where you can purchase the parts needed. I used the "male 24-3" adapter.

That's great, thanks for passing it along.

I've been wanting to fiddle with a tank-like control for a robot, and have been frustrated at how non-easy it's been to find a Tx that would easily adapt to two spring-loaded sticks.

I'm going to ask them if they've got just the Tx available.
