Roll should not be affected with elevator input.

Went out today with the new paint scheme, "guns", ESC relocated to outside the canopy (frees up space and now no cooling issues) and 1800mAh 3S 40c batteries.
Had a great 9 minute flight, swapped out for a fresh battery then 2 minutes into the second battery got a bit to close to the ground on a medium speed pass.... prop caught the snow and whizzzzzzzzzzzzz she popped up and started gliding. Had enough airspeed to make a decent dead-stick landing.
The wimpy 2.5mm shaft of the stock Radjet motor had snapped. After 20+ landings the stress of whacking the earth was just too much.
I have another but figured as long as I was taking out the motor why not go for something sportier?
Popped in an extra Turnigy 2200kV from the parts bin. I know from my Radjet this motor rocks. For ~$10 it's a steal. Beefier 3mm shaft is nice to have as well.
With 1800mAh to work with 10 minute flight times will be no problemo. Plus this is one plane I don't spend a lot of time at WOT.

Hi Guys, just building my wing now.
Is there a general consensus regarding the angle of the mount?
Straight and true, slight angle down with slight left or as stock?
or just fly and see?

cheers for any advice...

I've left it exactly how it says in the manual and it flies brilliantly

I've just cut a keychain cam shaped recess in the nose, and when the canopy is taped down it keeps the keychain cam held in place I don't have any pictures of it but here's some video from it on the WW

It flys ok with the stock angle, however you will notice it wanting to
pitch down a bit if you have a powerfull setup.

We have 6 wing wing's in the club now, one guy re-did the mount so
that it was straight and says it flys better.

I will also taking the angle out when I upgrade from my 500watt to a 900watt setup.

It's, essentially, the mini Neptune that doesn't seem like it's ever going to come out.
