Thanks for the response. I will be getting the Dynex now. My birthday is always and excuse to get a new plane. Your planes are very affordable, which means my grown kids will not have to break the bank getting me as many as I can nudge out of them. Heck even my wife likes the kit prices. Thanks for a great product.

Well Gary been working on the mods and looks like they're all finished. Now to test glide it and then the big moment will she work??? Stay tuned.
The micro Concorde is almost ready to. We are doing just one 30mm unit on it down the center of the fuselage as this maybe enough thrust for it. Should be up and ready for test flights by this weekend.
Another late update, Gary put some cheater holes on the bottom just in front of the EDF units and now there's some real thrust and if you put your hands on the holes it's like a vacuum cleaner suction. Gary figured that the enterance way up in front was to long for the air to travel and having the intake closer to the EDF units made it better.

Well here it is finished and ready for test flight. The first two pictures were a wild idea of putting two units on, but it just wont work too heavy and bulky. But then the idea of just one in the center line was doable, I used a air hoggs 3 blade fan unit 30mm and installed a PZ mustang motor in it, loads of thrust.I put a tube around the unit to help out with the air flow and as you can see I put on side vanes to help guide the air in and give it the look of the engine mounts,I might have to put a little extra piece of foam on the end of the exhaust part to make it look more "real". The weight came in at 27gr with battery on board. I will test it out when the winds are gone and if it's successful the I'll get the felt pens out and color it up a bit.

Well just waiting on a calm wind to happen and test glide it. I also need to set up the controls on the 6i for V-tail mix and put it all on the left stick.
Hey Pete if we were to combat I would stick that big pointy nose right through the fuse of your DVIII LOL it'll be like spear fishing. And turn right afterwards HA!!
