Looking really nice Guizzo. You are really going to have to keep your eyes on this one when you come to fly it, it will disappear into the distance very quickly! Hope your weather has cooled down a little, ours has, in fact we had heavy rain this afternoon.

Thanks for the kind word SD.
Yes, temperature is good now and during night is so lukewarm I need a bedspread too!
Regrettably no rain is forecast. We are experiencing a nasty dry summer!

Have some of ours - we've had more than enough. We'll swap you 10cm of our rain for 15 of your degrees....!!!

More pics and closer to the end!
Just an emendation to what I wrote in post #10. Applying color and markings to tissue using an ink jet printer requires to lay the tissue dry on the model; I found Esaky is almost impossible to apply dry, so I was forced to use normal light tissue.
(Actually, using Paul & Ralph Bradely's method, it's possible to apply the paper wet but it requires a bit more time!)

Thanks rabidrue1. I hope so!

More steps ahead.
I completed the canopy plug and with the help of my friend Franco, who has an home-made vacuum forming machine, now I have four nice canopies.
I have to make a pilot, fix him inside the canopy and make the whole assembly removable.
It'll take some time and I won't post other pictures 'till the model is ready for flight.

Nice vac-form Guizzo, that should save you some weight! Looking forward to seeing the finished model.
