You want 4-5 minutes WOT flight, get a 4400 4s in it. Shift some things around to get CG and then enjoy decent flight time....

Maidened my habu 2 today. Flies great on 5s with castle 100.

Wow that was Balzy trying to takeoff with so much water on th runway, you must have been itching to do that maiden! Anyhow, looks good on your second attempt, much better and you have a beautiful ad scenic place to fly. How long is that runway? What is your setup, stock?

Great maiden and video. Well done. Nice flying field but the right side of the field needs to sell off about an acre of those Xmas trees to clear the flight line.

The actual runway is about 400ft I think. Ya the trees make it interesting for sure. It's a stock power train running a 5s sky lipo 3000mah and a castle ice lite 100. I can tell its heavier than the first gen habu since it has the flaps and retracts. But still flies great.

Yes, that's a great setup. Should have come that way. I will spare you the details but my club field looks very similar except we cleared the trees out on both ends of the runway. Our runway is 400 feet too and we fly turbines off the field. Here is video of Similar Habu running a 5S setup and Guardian.

Hey guys I was out cruising around when I came across this awesome monument. Even though the jets pictured are slightly different it made me think of the Habu 2. I do not know what kind of jet our Habu is supposed to be or even what the ones pictured are. Can anyone identify these for me?

Looks like the USAF Thunderbirds. They currently use F-16 Fighting Falcons, by General Dynamics. Our Habu is not scaled from any jet per say, but the Habu 2 uses the Thunderbirds' livery.
