Complaint
(Appeal) A moderator has falsely accuse me.

I am not able to post in the Moderation Appeals area so I post in here

I woke up to 2 points today for rule violation, which cannot be corrected

The reason you have been warned is because:

violation 1
Quote:
Dear hexa,

You have received an infraction at RC Groups.

For this violation, you have been given: 1 point(s).

After Oct 20, 2012, this infraction will be automatically forgiven.

An exhaustive list of rules for the site can be found on the RCGroups Rules page.

There is no further penalty for being warned other than the accumulation of points. You may accumulate 10 points before being subjected to a 5 day temporary ban from the site. Very few users reach the 10 point level by accident so if this is your first or second infraction, please accept the infraction point as merely a friendly reminder about the rules of the site.

An RCGroups administrator will perform a review of the infraction sometime within the next several days, at which time the infraction will either be reversed or confirmed. If you feel that you've received the infraction point in error please feel free to initiate a thread in Site Suggestions / Complaints. Address the administrators with your specific objection and they will attempt to assist you if a mistake has been made.

The reason you have been warned is because:

Reason: User Account Violation (Avatar)
The user's avatar qualifies as offensive content or includes an advertisement for a non-sponsor.

All the best,
RC Groups
My avatar dose not have any form of the above nor does my custom user title.
The moderator who gave me these points violation did not write a comment.

funny enough this all happened after I made some post in this thread,
which is now locked. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1694267

I made post about diy designing plates for free,
member reply saying we are copyright infringing,
I reply stating there is no copy right violation for making frame plates using dji arms.
If thats the case TBS who he is supporting would also be violating copy right,
This is the same guy TBS who help banned RC flying in the USA.
The same dude who is banned from RCG.

Whats wrong with creating and sharing knowledge for free, isn't what this forum is about?

My avatar has not being changed since
My custom user title has not be changed since.
so why all of a sudden I am reported and inflicted with forum violation points after replying in this thread.

violation 3
I got 3 points after editing this post. if you read the history I was first provoked by the member
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...9#post21992988

violation 4
The moderator did not give option to edit my post. and inflicted 1 point that cannot be removed

The reason you have been warned is because:

Reason: Offensive content (Profanity)
The post contains language presumed to be considered offensive by a majority of our users, or the poster has deliberately circumvented the swear word filter by misspelling a word, substituting certain characters, or crafting an abbreviation. If the offending word can be determined by context then this warning can apply. The sole exception to the abbreviation clause is "BS," which is deemed acceptable in abbreviated form only, and only in the context of "falseness."

The moderator who warned you entered this comment:
-------
Please do not circumvent the swear filter.

All the best,
RC Groups

This does not seem right.
so I ask can a moderator look into this as this is false accusation.

Hi Jim thanks for replying.
no my avatar was a pic of a science glass in green with bobbles.
it had nothing to do with a company of any sort.
Also I had 4 points already over some weeks now so my avatar was not showing up.

also I am blocked from posting in the appeals section. so if you do move this thread I may not be able to reply to in in there,
Please look into this for me. Regards

Lets start with the issue of the thread. Moderators on RCG never delete posts.
I found this in Site Chat:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1696654
Is that the thread you thought was deleted?

There is really no way to appeal the points issued for the avatar and custom user title since I can't see what was there prior to the warning. I am going to reverse both of those warnings/points.

Hello Jim,
thanks very much for your help on my unfair violation points,

About my thread being closed, I now see that it was moved,
I do not know what really happen.
I clicked refresh on my browser and it showed error, and the thread was missing from the mutirotor section in like 5mins
I then click back a few times to where I was typing in and click post,
I think it made a copy of the original thread. usually when a thread is moved it is still visible in the forum it was original posted for a few hours bracketed this thread has being moved.

See if you can look into these complaints about moderators who are inflicting violation points based on there own personal judgment and not based on actual forum rules.

Thanks again for your honest help. Take it easy, Regards
