Yo, what you think of it looking like this?
People are always crying about the DJI arms.
Now this comment comes from a good friend.

(Maybe when I only crash once a year, he will look for more solid arms.
But the fact is he crashes and the arms provided him with the option of fixing it in less than ten mins.)

So like him and many others, even me I perfer one of these birds to have DJI arms.
I do agree it does need a spot to put the FPV cam.

Yes i have use the sticker mount on mine. But have put many different mounting pattern just to cover more people.

If using the DJI type arms, there are different sizes in these, even clones from HK, so short ones at the front and longer ones at the rear and it should be possible to get damn close to a symmetrical layout to minimize tuning difficulties. Alternatively, extension of the arm mounts to gain the symmetrical layout.

I know that.. i would need to order some of the shorter arms to see.. but to be honest i would keep the long arms up front cause they help clear the prop in the video. So would need extensions to the back. But DJI are already soft and when you extend them it's not getting better.. lol
I have fly mine with a MultiWii Gyro only on stock PID.. so not too hard to tune.

Yep.. that's not covered in that version.. i know..
I made a mount for the Round tube version but it won't have enough space under the landing of the DJI arms. So better do it another way here.

5. Need a 3rd upper deck to protect the flight board, video transmitter, osd and/or any other goodies that end up on top. The additional height will also protect the gopro, motors etc in the event of an upside down splat.

The flyght board is supposed to be mounted inside the two frame plate. There is mounting there and 1.5" of clearance.
Adding another plate will bump the price, weight and change the look. But if that's what people want i can do it.

6. A realistic price and availabilility of spares ....

Spare parts are always availible. I am doing anything on request.
As for price.. i can't compete China frame since i am paying more for material than the cost of a complete frame they sell..
But you get direct contact and if need anything special.. just ask..

Crazy2Fly is my favorite at the moment.
I like the size and fly so stable on stock PID.

The round tube version i have link will have a review real soon.

Waiting for the clamp to be here to ship it to the customer. Can't wait to have some video shooting.

what changes to the gains are you guys seeing on a naza going from stock 450 frame to this one ? i,m still dialing this in but had to lower mine when i was thinking it would need higher . was kinda windy so hard to tell for sure...thanks...rob m
