Multiplex Royal Evo 12 Transmitter with Spektrum 2.4 conversion or 72 syn/scanner
Guys, this is a great shape with 12 channel Multiplex Royal 12 TX that has been converted to 2.4 GHZ.
See specs here; http://www.multiplexusa.com/other-pr...al_evo_12.html
These are very light and ergonomic transmitters and are great for those guys who fly with trays. Plus being thin and light you thunb guys will be happy to and is how I fly.
The conversion was done a little over a year ago and works great. No RX included in this sale but email with questions for the Spektrum RX.
It has a 36 model memory with the PC link for upgrading and saving more models.
I also have a 72mhz synthesized unit for it with scanner option if interested.
This has a new Multiplex battery in it, with charger and link for upgrades.
$400 obo plus shipping

It is DSM2 and came with a 12 channel RX. Don't see why it would be limited on channels regardless of band.
I have not updated for a couple years, still has v1.4. But has the cable included so it should not be an issue.
Shows just 5 hrs 46 minutes, wow!
I just installed the new battery and will let it charge for the next 24 or so.

Thanks Fred. I was wondering about the # of channels because of the various Spektrum conversion options out there... from reading the threads it seems unclear. Which Spektrum module do you have in it? It's internal?
For the update to 2+ you have to send it to MPX/Hitec... the update is not really necessary though.
< 6 hours, wow! My Evo 9 is at 103 hours and still going strong (gimbals are starting to show age though).

Yeah, I used a 6i for most of my flying and the Evo is just laying around.
It is in prime condition, the module is internal on the PC and I drilled a small hole in the rear for binding so the case does not have to be opened.
