I think some experimentation will be needed before I settle on a motor. I flew the prototype with a 72 Omega and 3S 1550s and I just can't imagine it needing anything more than that. However... the Motrolfly 2810-1200 would be pure insanity in this plane. I like the sound of that! |

I am flying my prototype 40" Edge on the 72g Omega, and I must say it is not lacking in power. It is plenty for my tastes. A 103g Omega would just be ballistic, and would allow for some crazy maneuvers.
Either way, both motors will power the airplane very well. |
