Thanks guys, I'm sure the Mrs will be thrilled with all the nice comments. As far as equipment she didn't have much to work with. I'll try to get vid of all the "working parts" soon.
This one won't get any sound equipment. We watched a demo at SEEF on them and frankly until they can cancel out the electric background noise, they don't do much for me. Shame because it certainly has room for it.
Planning on motor tests tomorrow to see what those big 4 bladers are putting out.

And NO EDFs Walt!

J & Mrs.

That is absolutely fantastic, if you had a bit more room you could have pulled off a Spruce Goose take off. I have watched many builds come together and this one has been one of the best. I love the twin boom style of these aircraft, the P-38, P-61, C-119 and others. The IAI Heron drone used by the Isreali Air Force could make a wonderful glider with its 85' WS and 46' length. To me it looks like a modified Boxcar and would be a fun build if a person could get plans. At 1/10 scale it would still be 8.5 feet wide.

John, you are truly a master craftsman to be able do this in 80 days with such attention to detail. I can't wait to see the next video.

Yes and he just finished building something that will hold EDF's . Now if Hans can slip a couple in there once he arrives and J isnt looking he'll have no choice but to wire them up .
