Positive feedback on Contour customer support
A month ago or so I bought a Contour Roam on EBay (NIP). I have been very happy with it in terms of color balance, resolution and convenience of use when on the headband (to film my helis and quad in flight), but the left side of the field of view was slightly out of focus. I contacted Contour customer svc providing a couple links to Youtube with videos showing the issue, I immediately got a return authorization and now I have a brand new replacement inclusive of all the accessories in the package. So now I have two mounts, lens caps, etc. Neat.
I just thought it would be fair to acknowledge when things go the right way.
