The Schwing - My Latest, Greatest Flying Wing HLG/DLG Build :)
So... a while back I made a Bonsai DLG (flying wing) for gliding/slope soaring, really just to mess around with. Well now I've created another flying wing glider and it's bigger than the Bonsai (and more colorful!)
It's a Hobby King flying wing kit with HXT500 servos, a 6ch Orange RX and a 2S 1050 mAH Li-Po (BEC to use with RX/servos is required - will buy one soon).
I use a SkyFun jet vertical stabilizer fin (bought separately) instead of the included winglets.
Flight footage/report to come soon! Can't wait to try this one out!

I do not speak English, I am using the translator to communicate with you.
For launch DLG enflechamento will need to add more and winglets on the ends, as shown in photo below.
Already built a prototype similar, and had to be good to increase the enflechamento to get the CG farther from the tail.
A simpler way is to make javellin launch, it's pretty fun, and possible rise in Thermal.
I have built several zagis HLG, and liked the results. Watch a video of my flying wing.

It was interesting how the Schwing flew... not that great with that big fin. I have put the winglets on now and it and works well as an HLG, and I'm also going to try slope soaring with it, which should be fun with the right amount of wind.
