short lesson on three phase motors..
three phase motors do not have dedicated negatives.
all three wires are positive to a (set of) wire winding(s).(poles)
each wire of these windings is connected on one side to esc and the other side to either:
all three wires are connected to eachother (star configuration)
or the end of one pole is connected to the esc wire of the other pole (delta configuration)
changing 2 wires makes the polarization work the other way around.
(trying to keep it simple)
