Guardian 2d/3d problem
USB connection not recognized

Hi, sorry to hear about your issue. Is the Guardian LED flashing 3 blinks in a row, or something else? Are you getting an error message from your PC?
if the LED is not blinking 3 blinks in a row, can you try the following: 1) reboot the PC 2) try a different PC if you have one 3) try a USB hub if you have one. |
