Help!
Dynamite Passport Ultra voltmeter calibration

Hi,
I have a Dynamite Passport Ultra and just started using it for lipo batteries and when I try to balance the batteries, the read voltage is always too low by 30mv compared to the other cells i.e. I measured the voltage with a separate voltmeter of all the cells and the relative values which should stay the same were different (is that clear enough). Does anybody know how to fix this? I can't see anything in the software to calibrate the voltmeters is there a way to raise the voltage by 30mv with an external circuit? this is pretty annoying because I am unable to properly balance my batteries...

thanks

So one cell always reads low?

You are sure it is the calibration of the charger and not the battery?

Yes, i've tried with 3 different batteries and measured with a voltmeter while it was balancing and it showed the difference. the total voltage the charger displays is not equal to the 3 cell readings added together.

I do not know where to get chargers repaired.

Someone should really start doing this.

yeah otherwise, I was thinking I could use voltage dividers to lower the voltage of the other 2 cells, but i'm worries it might end up overcharging the batteries so having it 30mv unbalanced is probably better for them.
