Lipo charging question
I've been flying gas models forever, but electrics are new to me.
I bought an electric heli and three 7.4V 900mAh 15C Li-Po 2 cell RC batteries. The charger it came with is really bad and I decided on getting a balance charger that can support 2s - 6s.
My questions is this: what settings to I need to input into the charger in order to safely balance / parallel charge all three? I don't mind if it takes a little longer to charge as long as it's safe.
Cells: 6s (I think)
Volts: 22.2v (I think)

The values you gave would be series charging. Set your charger to "Balance" not just a normal charge. Then the basic settings for a 1C charge would be:
Amps: 2.7A (900mah x 3)
Volts: 7.4v (though not really a setting usually)
Depending on your batteries and charger you could increase the amps to charge faster.

It would be best to parallel charge them, you need a special lead or charging board for that. Voltage and current would be as grimbeaver said.
Something along these lines.
