I should be able to pick up another cheep E-flight charger at a local hobby shop. A cheep TX/RX will prove a little more tricky due to the feature it has to have.
I think you cannot expect all readers to scan your entire blog, make note of all chargers you bought and sold and work out if you have any left or not. Added to that the fact that it is impossible to know for us if you have listed all your stuff...

But if you do not have any charger, aren't you flying at all right now? Or are you flying with IC too (although that would require you to charge your tx/rx batteries too I suppose)?

I am more than willing to answer any specific questions as best I can from those that seam genuinely interested in the project as you seam to be. If someone is honestly concerned about my motives or skills regarding this project and doesn't believe what I say then the most accurate info they can get would come from searching the threads I have been involved in.

I'm not flying at all right now. Last time I flew was posted here on May 09. After three years of working on that project, more off than on, I had a couple days to test fly it and then had something come up that caused me to sell just about all my RC stuff fairly quickly. Still have my lipos though since I didn't want to deal with selling hazardous stuff at the time.

Haven't flown IC in many years. Last time was a balsa kit IC AeroStar 20 high wing trainer. They don't make that one anymore.

Until I get a TX/RX the closet I will get to flying will be trying to get tom-tom1 in the air. Don't know how far we will get but we started on post 319 of foam and tapes QTR thread for those that are interested. It's very close in its basic concepts to how this harrier model will function.

CONCLUDING:

Subject has wild and technical proven impossible idea
Subject has only little experience with quads
Subject has no money, at all
Subject sells chargers, transmitters, anything else needed for his project
Subject then begs for funds, sponsorship
Subject denounces that Italian guy who managed to actually fly a EDF VTOL
Subject manages to post a zillion posts without producing the slightest piece of foam
Subject lives in his mom's basement
Subject's mom says he needs to find a job, no more CreditCard or Paypal for you!

I'm not trying to mock you, but does this sound familiair to you?

I absolutely categorically deny these charges. I didn't mean to denounce the Italian guy. I'm just aiming for a longer flight time. I'm sure he is also but I just don't see it happening with a scale airframe yet.

As for the rest I plead the 5th and it's a garage not a basement

Or not.

This thread started off on an odd note, and has gotten progressively stranger by the day.

Scientists say it's tougher than string theory but they're working on the problem.

People would say that vid is done with smoke and mirrors. Had to the sell the TX, Escalade needed spinners. Working on getting RC stuff back. Osprino doesn't need many parts but it should be more difficul to get stable. Harrier needs more parts but should be more stable so it's kind of a catch 22 at the moment. I'll try the Osprino first to get a sense of how much more work it'll need as I continue with the Harrier.

Why thankyou kind sir, Prove em all wrong. This must be the only thread that keeps me logging in just lately because of work and other commitments, but its been a rocky road from the start..... After looking through your blog though, i could clearly see you have the skills to succeed, so good luck once again....Ian

It's all good. Might not be a V12 but it's a clean 12v.

I might have some parts in next week so I'll hold off on more posts until I have something to show. All this talk I think has done more harm than good, starting from around post number 2
