If that's a camouflage paint job, just what sort of background environment would it be suited for? Carnival in Rio, perhaps?

I have an airfield n6 6ch tx/rx that I am going to toss out, would that work? It's not programmable so if you can't use it I'll donate it to the dump instead of you. Came from my 55" skytrainer 182.

Very generous of you. I might be able to use it. If it's a local pickup near Los Angeles I can pay with cash. If not local maybe I can do a money order? Can't do paypal at the the moment. I was expecting to pay 35$ for the Nitroplanes TX so I wouldn't be able to do much more than that for your TX.

Thanks for the servo offer. Much appreciated but I should be good for now. Still on the lookout for a TX and battery charger. I should be able to score a cheep charger from the local hobby shop. We'll see how it goes.

I am currently holding the battery contacts between my thumbs and forefingers while sliding my feet along the rug. It might take some time but I think it's working.

China is a little far for me to drive. On a strict no CC or PayPal diet at the moment. Very painful when all the goodies are just a few clicks away. Unless you want to buy 45$ dollars worth of Vtail mixers I have for sale in the Classifieds/Radios section. Then I could justify a TX/RX purchase. Who doesn't need 45$ worth of Vtail mixers

Exactly my thoughts when I read that... If you're designing a RC Harrier, you're probably no beginner in electric remote controlled flying, so you should own a charger already. And for what I know, you don't need a new charger for every new model..

The funny answer from you RCVertt, adds to the expectation you're not serious about this.. just my opinion, but I still am not convinced I voted wrong on the poll by picking the last answer. And believe me, I'm curious and interested, I would like to see you pull this off. But maybe your approach or way of communicating needs to be changed in order to be taken seriously over here. Just my 2c.

The support isn't there to get it done quickly so I have to take this project in stride and have as much fun with it as I can sine it's going to be a lllllllllloooooooonnnnnnnngggggg ride before it's done. My blog page should answer most serious questions that this thread doesn't already. From my blog page you can even find where most of my previous RC stuff went without much trouble. I'll say that it helped with a great cause to which I wish I could give to again.

If someone has stated several times they don't support this project, don't know the purpose of collecting votes for this cause, haven't taken two seconds to look at my blog or the first post of this thread, ask a question right after the answer was given...they might get a response that has me moon walking on the carpet in order to charge my batteries

Sounds like you're still on the fence a little so I'll put you down for twenty in the maybe pile.

You should ... but before you do, please answer my question: do you really have no charger?

Afraid so. #23 listed on my blog page under "Threads started by RCvertt". Looks like both chargers were sold in this sell.

I should be able to pick up another cheep E-flight charger at a local hobby shop. A cheep TX/RX will prove a little more tricky due to the feature it has to have.
