24g Hextronik 1700kv rewind
I'm rewinding a 24g HK motor. I know there are threads all over on rewinding these motors and I'm following most of them.
What I'm unclear of is which method to use in rewinding. It looked like my original motor was dLRK, so I am going with this wind just increasing the turns to lower the kv. What I'm unclear of is the max number of poles a dLRK can have. My motor is 12 stator 16 pole. As I said the original wind appeared to be dLRK, though I could be wrong. I didn't grab pics of the original wind, sorry. |

Odd, none of my previous red'n blue 2730 1700kv motors were dlrk wound oem. Was under the impression that only the 3000kv version was.
But then product specs can change without ceremony at H king. |
