I run the 3DR version in my Penguin and so far it is bullet proof. I have the upgraded GPS and the MinimOSD which beats the he11 out of my EzOSD.

Routed or mounted? It's kinda hard to tell what we are looking at in this picture.

Nope, as long as the ground element is down it conforms to mounting instructions given to us by DL. I did the same thing using the 36 inch antenna cable they provide. There is enough slack to pull the wing off the spare and lay it sideways to the body so it fits in my Honda without disconnecting from the Rx.

One of my battery setups is the exact same motor/ battery combo and the penguin flies great.

Do you have your CG setup right?

Will you be using a APC prop?

You can hook the throttle up to the FY31AP, but i chose to bypass the FY and run the throttle straight into the receiver. This allowed me to set my RX failsafe to 60% throttle so if I lose signal my plane goes into RTL and is set to 60% throttle.

Honestly this was my first autopilot and It is worth every penny. Especially when taking video in ABM (Stabilized Mode) the plane is literally flying on rails. ACM works great too.
