If it did that is awesome. Climb out of sight hang around and then return still in the same 5-10m radius - If I tried that on my Multiwii it would land 3 fields away.

Yeah, should have placed a marker, but within 30-50 cm. On the field we have some tables and I took the (well educated) risk of descending to the table (from 100m up) without the transmitter. All present applauded that the multirotor landed within centimeters of take off (table is 2x1m)

Bill (the head developer) would never allow a navigational error of 5-10m . We tried 3 GPS types, jussi even did walk around with the 3 types on his head recording raw data , the best was selected and will give an error of 5-35cm in perfect skyview conditions. Bills navigation controller blended with the IMU sensors will do the rest.

Well, as with most community projects; if there is a need and someone has access to the required equipment it probably turn up somehow.
If you meant pan regardless the yaw of the autoquad, that is certainly doable, we know the rotation of the AQ and the original heading so pushing that to a third servo is possible.
Pan controlled by transmitter is even simpler. But.. none of that in the present code and without a panning gimbal, well... that is the purpose of a community

Regarding the ESC32, the most honest opinion could be given by Simon himself, he is also involved with the ESC32 project.

This includes 25% VAT.
Since Jussi is registered for export, non-EU buyers can substract 25% so you'll end up at 319 Euros.

And Flyduino? I"s it registered for export also so I can pay 319 euros too?

In europe we have healthcare for everyone, payed with tax. Also a open-heart surgery cost zero to us.

Glad to see a new FC designed for AP with modern technology on it. The specs are really good, I like it!

I will not buy one because is out of my budget (maybe...), but I think it´s not as expensive as other closed source flight controllers with the same (or worst) specs.
