We will be testing it over the weekend and hopefully come up with positive results then.

the original apm plus ardupirates was one of my favorites! the pirate code flew better for me than the official code for some reason. good job!

Where do you live? If you're in the EU the package should take 4-5 days - if you're ousie of the EU the package might end up at the customs...

Shipping from Europe to St. Petersburg(Russia) is usually 3-5 days by fedex. Track number allowed to know where to get the package and plan this day. But i havn't track number =(

Hello all!

I have been following this forum and I notice some of you have a lot experience in quad/hex/okto copters and different models.

I am planning to build a hexa or an okto, but, I am not an expert in terms of electronics mainly what is related with bluetooth, or WIFI, Android operating system, etc. so I am waiting for some of you get the AutoQuad up and running to start assembly it with some help from you.

My doubt are, which is the best option:

- Normal Hexa (this is the most common configuration)?

- Normal okoto with 8 arms?

- Okto with X 4 arms and 4 motors in normal position and 4 upside down ?
Is this configuration more efficient?

Also, what is the difference in terms of behavior and efficiency of a Hexa to a okto.

Is the okto more safe in terms of a failure of a motor or a ESC?

it's been a week that tracking infomation stuck in there. is the item discription look suspicous on package?

NYC ISC customs is the worst, takes them forever to move anything. I was lucky that mine somehow went through Chicago ISC - 1 day processing. Even though I am one state away from NYC.
