FOR SALE - Gee Bee Model Z 40
I recently won this Kyosho Gee Bee in a Barnstormer club drawing and, to be honest about it, this aircraft is faster than my reflexes and abilities to fly. Instead of crashing it, I would rather see it flown by someone who can handle & appreciate it.
Here's a quick rundown on specs:
Wingspan: 56 1/2 in.
Wing area: 511.6 sq. in.
Length: 36 in.
Weight: 5 lb., 14 oz.
Wing loading: 26.46 oz./sq. ft.
Radio req'd: 4-channel with 5 servos
Engine req'd: .40 to .46 2-stroke, .50 to .53 4-stroke
OR it can be flown electric (see http://users.swing.be/vincent.filbiche/geebee.htm)
List Price: $250 to $365
I will sell it for $200 USD INCLUDING SHIPPING to any location in USA - or $200 USD and you pay shipping outside USA.
Hope I can find this bird a good home.

I really love this airframe, I just need to find a way to afford it and pay for Christmas too! Let me see if I can find enough other stuff to sell to be able to buy it. Are you looking for anything that you might take on trade?

The Gee Bee is still for sale. I am into scale elecrtic warbirds - currently building a PT-17 with a C-47 waiting to be built and a 181" ME-323 ordered and a Palmer B-24 waiting in the wings. I really don't have anything that I am needing except 6 motors for the ME-323.
As far as I am concerned, the first guy with the money gets the aircraft - and my offer to ship stands. Kirby, appreciate the half-way meet offer but right now my plate is so full that I need sideboards.

What kind of motors to you need for the 323? I have a pair of Astro 035G cobalts.
Do you have any interest in any of the following warbird kits:
Most are New in the Box (NIB)
Jim Ryan's speed 400 Corsair (NIB)
Pica 1/12 scale Corsair (NIB)
Mark's Models Fun Scale P-51 (NIB)
Pica 1/12 scale P-51 framed, not covered
Herr Panther Jet speed 400 (NIB)
That's the only warbirds that I have.

So you like the Me-323 Gigant.
Woild you want to swap the Gee Bee for a Graupner 323 kit, including the power set ?
65.6" wing span
Designed for electric flight when a sub-C 1400 Mah pach was the hot ticket. Would be outstanding on a 3s1p Thunder Power 2100
(6*Speed 280 6 volt, 6 precision Graupner spinners, 6 of the little 3 blade Graupner props, 4"*2")
These are out of production and hard to find wih the original power set, best 6071
