No gear, using a 2s 240mAh Babbel Batt fully charged, downwind dive, we got an even 50mph with the Bushnell Radar Gun.

She's fun to fly & stable!!

Just an idea....could be wrong...

"Mechanical resonance is the tendency of a mechanical system to respond at greater amplitude when the frequency of its oscillations matches the system's natural frequency of vibration (its resonance frequency or resonant frequency) than it does at other frequencies. It may cause violent swaying motions and even catastrophic failure in improperly constructed structures including bridges, buildings and airplanes—a phenomenon known as resonance disaster."

Vibration at this specific rpm or the board may be loose in the yaw direction.

WWU is the contest creator and judge of a hover contest for the UMX Sbach, A plane notoriously hard to hover! The contest rules not only don't prohibit but encourage sucking up to the judge.

You can read the last 10 or so pages for all the videos.

Hard to hover? The guy in the E-Flite video made it look easy will the MIG hover like that?

And to set the record straight, my ability on the sticks in no way matches the suck upery that I wallow in with reckless abandon, as you will see in my videos and can tell from my user name!

I would show you my hover video but it seems that adding it to this thread would get me wrapped up in WWU's class action lawsuit. Besides an MCPX looks nothing like an SBach... wait a minute is that an MSRX I see? Awww you almost tricked me WWU!
