We've done Holiday sales in the past. My wife was saying maybe a cyber Saturday deal. Hopefully I can get some more inventory shipments arriving soon.

well i got 6 flights on the plane outdoors today to trim it in and i have to say i like the potential of the plane. i put a turnigy park 300 on it for power and a hobbyking 12 amp esc, i have 3s480 mah packs that i am using. the plane on my cruddy scale came i at 9 oz which is a bit heavy for what i wanted, i dont see to many places i can cut weight but i may try. the controll rods to the ailerons are breaking on my, i think i over tightened the set screws on the grips and crushed the carbon fiber. would have gotten out to go fly indoor today but i blew the frost plug out on my car as i got to our flying field. will try to get more shots of the plane indoors tomorrow.

Furball, nice simple and effective color job. Just show the rest of the people you fly with this plane and before you know it, there will be several at your field.

Looks great furballl. I'm sure you knew this but you can cut down the carbon fiber and heat shrink/glue some wire on the other side to clamp onto. My current Slicko is at about 9oz, but it still flies great. I like them a bit on the heavy side for outdoor myself.

Sooo Jealous! Great flying.

Having not reviewed the build instructions, are your ail. horns pointing straight forward or are they angled toward the servo? They look straight ahead in that video is why I ask.

What is the weight difference between unpainted and printed?

What is the weight difference between wood and carbon?

There angled like the original carbon kit i got(using some new horns etc though). The unpainted one with stickers added to jazz it up and similar set up is 7oz or slightly less with the current set up,i do have some packs and another power set up to fly it in the 6.5oz range though. No idea on the overall weight differences between the wood spar kit and original carbon version other than the un painted kit came out noticeably lighter overall with basically the same assembly and nothing done to keep it lighter other than the motor mount set up i was trying.
