Has anyone build a Slicko for G4 RealFlight? Can't afford G6 and wife says G4 works fine. I found the G6 versions.

G4 still uses the .rfx file type, so you should still be able to use the G6 version, might just need a little tweaking in the physics, but it should fly fine, I no longer have G4, so I cannot port it.

Caveat - there may be a limitation on the size and number of attachments (photos) you can have in one post.

RightcoastRC has a great idea and if you accept his offer, you could edit the first post and attach it or put a link to the PDF.

On another note, we've got some cool stuff in the pipeline including a revised Slicko with printed graphics. It may be a few months out, but I'm excited!

Any of the artistic types out there (like Rightcoast) want to provide graphic ideas I'd certainly appreciate it.

Maxxnut,sorry i didnt bring up reserved posts and updating the first post earlier. Hindsight isnt always 20/20 and i can see you put a lot of time and effort into your builds to share with others and the info has gotten a little scattered as the thread has gotten larger.

Slicko Build Videos(original Carbon Version),I have many videos that are private or unlisted that are not for public consumption yet. The slicko build videos i made have been up since i got the plane and have been accessible since july of this year. They can be embedded within rcg by copying the url to a post like any other youtube vid. They were at one time Private but that was do to the sound volume coming out very low in the vid for some reason.

Ordered some 2s Nanos U.S. and the cart is loaded.
Just need some colors...

I just want to catch all the tricks and tips as the building style has evolved.

You could do several types of searches. here is a brief overview but i could do some more detailed stuff if need be. See pics.. Dont know how that last pic got there but she's a keeper just like the slicko . Also if searching for build pics,if you find one that is of interest you can click the thumbnail.. it will pull up the pic and have an option to go to the POST its in underneath the pic itself.. IE if you see a pic of the wing strut install you can go directly to the post and see the text or info that was included in the post along with the pic. Hope that helps.

Sorry, I've been tweaking the plans.

It will be smaller at a little under 32" and will be cut from 7-8mm EPP. There are minor tweaks to the air frame so far.
