The default Baud on mine is 9600bps.

You can either reconfigure the default settings in the GPS to the correct ones using u-center or;

This is the code you can add to MWC 2.1 (& file to replace) that will automatically configure the GPS with all the correct settings on boot up as long as the GPS module is on default settings.

Just replace the GPS.ino file & add the following lines to config.h gps part:

Code:
                //#define NMEA
                #define UBLOX
           // #define MTK
           #define GPS_LEAD_FILTER
        //#define GPS_FILTERING
        //#define NAV_SLEW_RATE                   30
Plus add the initialisation to the multiwii.ino setup:

Code:
#if defined(GPS_SERIAL)

          #if defined(UBLOX)
           UBLOX_init();
           delay(200);
          #endif
        #if defined(MTK)
           MTK_init();
           delay(200);
        #endif
                SerialOpen(GPS_SERIAL,GPS_BAUD);
You must change the Baud to 57600:

Code:
#define GPS_SERIAL 2 // should be 2 for flyduino v2. It's the serial port number on arduino MEGA
    #define GPS_BAUD   57600
(Works on Extend Board & CRIUS CN-06)
Thanks to EOSBandi.

I thought that Extend Board for AIO PRO FC do not need the above modifications since it has the Gps backup battery that works while the other RcTimer Gps, U-blox Neo 6M fails to hold configuration.

So IMHO with Extend Board for AIO PRO FC (U-blox LEA-6H GPS) you need only to change baud rate and configuration via U-blox sofware as have been explained in the AIO guide http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showa...mentid=5020340

The backup battery does work on the "Neo 6M" GPS, the backup battery's will only hold settings for a limited period of time on any GPS module.
The problem with the "Neo 6M" is that it can't be flashed with new firmware.
If you want to change the default settings permanently on the LEA-6H GPS (Extend Board) then you need to flash it with a firmware that has the settings you need.

You must be doing something wrong, make sure to follow the instructions properly.

[EDIT]
It looks like you have pasted the code for the 'multiwii.ino' tab straight into the top of the sketch.

It needs to be pasted in the "Serial GPS only variables" section, here is a copy of mine, the code you need to add is in blue.

Code:
  calibratingG = 400;
  #if defined(POWERMETER)
    for(uint8_t i=0;i<=PMOTOR_SUM;i++)
      pMeter[i]=0;
  #endif
  #if defined(ARMEDTIMEWARNING)
    ArmedTimeWarningMicroSeconds = (ARMEDTIMEWARNING *1000000);
  #endif
  /************************************/

#if defined(GPS_SERIAL)

  #if defined(UBLOX)
   UBLOX_init();
   delay(200);
  #endif

#if defined(MTK)
   MTK_init();
   delay(200);
#endif

Hi there,

just wondering if there will be a correct Quad8X Motor-Mapping for MPNG sometimes soon? I would like to also start playing around with my AIO Pro board but until now the all finished camera-copter just sits on the floor and dust starts to cover it.
This is due to the faulty motor-mapping for the afore mentioned frame setup. I could switch back from MPNG to MultiWii 2.1 but once you've seen the possibities of MPNG you never want to go back.

Please make it happen! THANK YOU

Delivery time will depend on where you live & the shipping method used.

If you are already using the CN-06 GPS without any issues then why would you want to get the Extend Board as well?

question was not answered by me...
But ok. thanks for your hints. Anyway it is not clear to me why that GPS is better ?
Waiting to do first test with CN-06 and then I will see.

I ordered always from HK and it took 3 weeks to me (living in africa). So RCTimer should be the same ?

Oop's, I'm a bit more dopy today than usual

Sorry I thought you said that you had the CN-06 GPS working well with your CRIUS AIOP so couldn't understand why you'd want to get the Extend Board.
xBee's is one reason to get the Extend Board but if you want wireless telemetry there are better, cheaper alternatives to the xBee's & the Extend Board isn't necessary to use/attach them.

I have both the CN-06 & the Extend Board, the LEA-6H is a better GPS module than the NEO-M6 but I don't think there is a big difference in overall performance.

[EDIT]

RCTimer is in ShenZhen so the shipping time should be about the same, yes.
