Just about to order the AIO pro.

Can someone post me a link of what board they ordered, and also what gps & bluetooth?

Just want to make sure what I order is all compatible.

Thanks!

Just go to CLI and use 'sonar' command in 'test' submenu.

Hi

I have just started playing with my Crius aio pro card. Managed to get Multiwii 2.1 installed and running. BT adapter from rctimer works without any problems.
Now, my problem is gps. Ive got Multiwii MWC FC CN-06 GPS Receiver V2.0 from rctimer and I have read that I need to chande baud rate to 115200. Could someone please tell me or post a link to information on how this is done?
I know Im supposed to use u-center but how do I connect my gps to my computer?
Can I make some sort of adapter myself or do I need to buy one?

Ive downloaded the multiwwiconf 2.1 but now dont know how to do.
Can anyone tell me how to step up in that project?

Thanks in advance!!
Start with arduino and read the how to etc here

Also a another useful arduino tutorial

Then have a look at this

And take note - when you read this thread - Multiwii and Megapirate are discussed side by side but they are quite different to configure. Good luck with your project.

I use the APC220's but I haven't tried connecting to the serial port, I connect mine to the FTDI port.
I see this user has connected the APC220 to the FTDI port. My bluetooth work in this port but not my APC220. Does anyone have any pointers ?

Thanks
It's just mounted with the arrow pointing in the direction of flight.

If you mean on the rctimer frame it's just in a foam box that a kk board came in velcroed on the bottom plate.

in the mission planner there's a tab called "TERMINAL" open this tab and you are in the CLI command center.

the sonar works just like the rabbit. low alt for sonar higher alt for baro and slight overlap when passing both altitudes.

didgydont has just drawn my attention to this, sorry I was actually using 3DR's not APC's.
I think that the highest Baud that APC's can be set to is 57600bps the FTDI's Baud is 115200bps.

thanks, it works, aparently the redsonar is better, the blue sonar is limited to reading only 205cm and the DYP-ME007v2 is about 270cm

btw, sir alex, is it possible to use RXTX1 for minim osd instead of the mav port?

that's correct, APC's use 57600 max. that's why in config.H the baud rate should be set to 57600 and the mission planner should connect with 57600 to.

but i can't get the two APC's (230) to talk..
i programmed them as well as the AIOP.. still nothing..

anyone with APC's that work can share some light?

i don't want to buy 3DR's when i have two APC230's laying around..

which terminal port you plugged your APCs?
make sure its on RX TX 3 as thats the one that outputs the mavlink,

i dont know this, but have you tried to use normal baudrate instead of 57600?

i mean the board spew out 56700 signal, transfer to your air module then transfer on your ground, then change it to usb. maybe it converts it to a differen signal or something, eh who knows

Connect RX with TX pins on remote APC, and try to open with Terminal from PC - you must get an echo when typing symbols.
If no, something wrong with the link.

Btw, APC internal speed is 19200, it using a buffer to get "virtual" 57600. 3DR speed is really higher.
