Help!
Skyartec Wasp v3 setup

looking for help with my new helicopter. It is spinning uncontrolably counterclockwise and at one point it was fling forward and to the left slightly. Just hoping for some help I'm new at this. It is a skyartec wasp v3.

It sounds like it was not set up, which is not uncommon. That is generally something most experienced pilots ensure before they attempt flight. You need to level your swashplate, level your servo arms, adjust your head travel and pitch, adjust your tail pitch, belt tightness, and generally ensure all parts are tight and have lock-tight where needed. The tail on that model can be especially problematic. It has way too much flex and tends to bind.

If you are new, I would suggest viewing Finless Bob's Trex 450 setup videos over at HeliFreak.com. Not everything will apply to your heli, but enough to give you an idea.

If you have specific questions, feel free to ask. But, it certainly sounds like it needs a basic setup first. Yhr bad news is that is not a very durable heli. The electronics are pretty good. The head and tail are fragile. It's more stable and docile than other 250s. I think that's due to the old head design. I have one with many upgrades and it requires constant tweaking.

I also have this copter and mconstantly fighting spin. What. I have found isit is usually the belt is loose or the fly bar paddles aren't level with the rotor blades, just a little twist in the paddles makes a difference and if one is twisted alot from a crash you may not notice but it will not fly

What I eventually did was to buy an 250 kit and use all of the electronics from the Wasp.
