Iceman...
In countries like France, they are bringing in new regulations for professional users...such as height limitations and also distance limitations. The new FW has the user selectable height restriction, i.e.the MR will not go past the entered height limit. I would imagine that the next FW update will include the user selectable distance from Home Point?? These functions can be turned off, however, they are very important for professional use and I think more countries will require this type of regulation in the future. The setting is in the Tools menu at the top of the assistant software. |

My arms, hands neck and eyes are hurtin for a certain.... ![]() and the s800 arms are perfect, all new, upgraded ESC's, New Balanced Props...ext... ![]() Im just sayin, What a Pain in the A $ $ this was! not fun at all, and to think they will still be flimsy plastic ![]() The only silver lining is they are new and nice and I will be back in the air soon.. |

One of the things that many people find annoying about the DJI models is these screw sets that they use. I have had it in my mind to make a few kits of alternative screw sets for the whole model. The screws that come with the model are OK for their intended use which is for strapping down pc boards etc. However for structural integrity of the model itself where locktite is used, then a typical ball driver will in all probability strip out the hex. drive.
The idea of holding down a vital component such as the prop. with just two of these screws is bordering on economic stupidity IMHO. |
