It's gonna be expensive..
Those are 3D printed by another compagny, i do the design and send it there to be printed. And 3D printing is not cheap.
Look at the price for the 16mm clamp here

No i don't know the weight but the material is real light.

You want to use my original design with a standoff or only a screw and bolt that go thru ?

Which hole spacing you need ?

Anything on which height..?

If you look at shapeways, there is a dropdown to choose the material.
There is Red and Black also, but cost more.

I have a friend who have dye the white part if you want to do that i can give you info on what he took.

I just browse thru the color. Very ideal.. red for front, and black for the rear booms..

I can find out the weight by estimation.. but need to know the material pty. Irony is Im a new distri for EOS machine, but we do not have a service bureau in Singapore. The nearest is Australia.

As for the Al standoff, how is it mated to the plastic?

I prefer to have just screw and bolt so that I can mount top and bottom with something of need to like the baseplate use.

Hole spacing? Ain't that standard? Or you mean the hole size? To fit M3. What length do I need to get?

There is no standard in hole to hole spacing.
You will use them on which plate?

No I'm not using any production plate. Will be scratch built to my own design.

Say 4mm away from the circumference of the arc.. is that a good consideration for strength? I.e 35mm centre to centre of both holes.

Got time to play with the 25.4mm boom clamp this morning.
Let me know what you think.. I can make it the way you want..

Cutting down the material is not easy here.
Do you want to stay in normal size.. i mean do you need to have the clamp the size of a particular standoff. I have use 1.5" here...

BTW: if you make custom center plates... i could cut them for you on the CNC..!

You will need to supply it.

Hehe.. saw it.. very nice and optimised material use. So how can I place order? Youv have to put in on the list as ready to buy? How many per plate production?

As for the CF plate, I understand. Let's see how my own DIY isotropic sheet turns out. I also ordered a honeycomb Al.. don't know what to do with it yet
