just go ahead n build it,then you can learn from there what needs to be altered,
be a good learning curve..
i was the same starting out building my own,
heres a cpl of recent builds i did..

Yes. Built it and try it. Make sure that it balances about 25% back from the leading edge.

Loads of info if you search, especially in the scratchbuilt forum.

I assume you've already learned to fly? Learning on a model of your own design might be a challenge, but if you've mastered flying, you shouldn't have much trouble..

Add the ailerons in your wing dimensions as they are considered as part of the wing area when you balance for CG. CG should be 25 to 30% of the wing width or chord. Build as light as possible.
