New Product
Walkera's new Y6 and octo minis!

Goodluckbuy now has mini Y6 and octocopter.

both around $200

I knew it would only be a matter of time before eflight or walkera would start making more mini multicopters

They have to be making a mint off these. I just got a MQX and I doubt it cost half the MSRP to make and package them. I can't complain, it's a whole lot of fun per dollar.

My little Y-6 has flown a bunch and still flys fine. Very fun to fly, but much slower than Lasybrid V1.

I bought my Y-6 when Heli direct was dumping Walkea's. At time ran out of buget and did not get Octacopter. Oh well Y-6 still flys fine. Hoten-X bl/ Ladybirds V1's all fly well with mucho airtime on all. I'm a heli guy but these birds are keepers for sure .

Y-6/ L/B V1's a still flying great. I fly c/p helis mostly but bring these also. smaller c/p's use same sized batteries. When batteries get older the quads get them. Hoten-X bl added just for fun.

My Ladybird batteries were getting weak. found box from my mini c/p and inside were two new 240 ma 25c batteries. Mini I use 350 ma/400 ma batteries. Gave them a charge and took both for a flight. also Hoten-X bl/ Y-6 and bunch of c/p's. Fine flying session to say the least. With computer TX all is well.

Litte Scorpion still flys well. Ladybird V1 will smoke it big time. Both do not get flown much as to many helis going. Still fun to take them for a spin once in awhile.

Soon spring and then summer. Time to pack up most of my small birds and fly bigger ones. Little Y-6 will be semi-retired. Still flys fine but no need to keep so many flying. Conserve batteries .

I took this outside the other day and wind was up big time. Little bird flew fine and wind was hardly an issue.

I wondered how Y-6 and Ladybird would do in wind conditions. Both exceeded my ideas big time. I know much has changed but delite despite many hours air time both fly fine. I am a flyer and could care less about cameras. i know this seems odd but enjoy flying just to make them do what I want.
