I have been prepping Ricks components to send back to him and noticed the strange gouges in the Big Lipo and the small Lipo inside the camera...
This is what field mice do.... they naw on stuff like this...
I wonder if LiPo's taste like chicken?

I am going to try and take it slow and in steps to get to the final project. Will need a little help with the final setup and maiden and will defiantly ask when the time comes.

Thanks for the updates on the latest FPV gathering.

I'm not sure if they're still taking posts, but you may want to check out a board with AMA member comments regarding updating the FPV Guidlines;

Some comments are quite sensible; but I was somewhat taken aback by some pilots, in RC no less, that seem to feel that FPV--perhaps because it looks like Gulf War footage--is a clear and present danger regardless of the fact that government uavs and smart bombs a packing over a hundred pound warheads and our little foamies would struggle with an extra 10oz battery! If these opinions are present in RC--to pilots that should roughly know the realities of the physics involved then your average non-RCer--let alone FAA admin--may really be primed for the next sensational media byline. I am worried about how much more unrealistic the views may get and where future regulation may go. We're going to have to do our best to educate the public and be responsible fliers.

Hey Postal You were spot on- Windrider Queen Bee, designed as sloper, converted to EDF and later to prop

Despite the motor being in the shop for repairs, this is a really fun bird and a real eye catcher; are you thinking of getting one? It is actually quite acrobatic for a 100"... if you find yourself passing through Atlanta, let me know and you can come check her out.
