Finally something that can give me sense of security flying large expensive models.
I always had problem estimating my flight time making landings very stressful.
Many times ended up with puffed up packs.

Jeti’s new 2.4Ghz wireless telemetry gives us all the data we need. You can see real time Amp, Volts, Capacity, Speed or whatever sensors you will use. This works as standalone product with small remote receiver or as parallel monitor display with Duplex 2.4GHz DC-16 radio.

We think this is finally bulletproof way of enhancing our and airplane safety. Simply set up Alarm for capacity you desire and ones reached system acoustically and visually give you warnings.

I have not seen ANY ESC with direct link to Telemetry. I have not seen any standalone box system with Parallel Telemetry either.

There are current sensors, there are telemetry displays, there are solutions if you search.

That's true, but NOBODY has fully integrated system.

I like the look of the Jeti DC/DS-16 and might be interested in future, but I don't quite understand... Is this telemetry information available on the screen of the TX or not? I don't want to buy a ProfiBox if I've already shelled out ~£750 on the TX...

You can have up to 40 parameters on the TX screen and additional 20 parameters on Profi Box. We recomend profi Box for your copilot and he/she can help you monitor telemetry data. We think this is the final way of enhancing our and your model safety. Also it's hard to look down on the radio if you need to.

OK, that's good news. However, you might be surprised to find out that in the real world (i.e. outside of sponsored display pilots and jet jockies) 99.9% of us don't have co-pilots , so whether it's on the Profi box or the TX we will need to look down unless Jeti can give this information verbally via an alarm and/or speech synthesis. Your earlier post implies this will be available at launch - is that the case, and if not when is it on the roadmap?

That’s actually one of the reasons I got it.
When I am flying sailplanes under the cloud chance of losing model is very high.
Also when I am flying fast EDF jets or large models it’s hard to see data with sunglasses on. I can keep Box in my pocket and if I need hold it with one hand in front of the model looking at sky.

But does the TX have the ability of speech output like Hott?

Another question, it appears there are two RF module daughterboards in the TX, each operating one antenna. How does this work? Do they work redundant, or are they meant to be individially linked to the main and optional satellite RX in the plane?
