$39.00 nice. i got a question does this charger read the IR of the cells i am learning that, that is a important feature

I would bet a $39 charger doesn't do that.

You need a charger over $100 to do that.

still a good looking charger is there any review on it my hobbyking cheapo charger is dieing

The G.T. X6 Charger does that. It sells for 30.00 at valuehobby.com or epbuddy.com for 50.00. I have one for a backup charger and it works real good. I also like the how it shows the graphic curve on charge or discharge. Its small and has a quiet fan and works good charging 2-1300 3cell Lipos at 6 amp with a Paraboard

If it had a straight up row of pins for the balance instead of a connector it would be the perfect pocket charger. Having to carry the balance board with though kind of kills it for me. Might as well stick to my accucell6.

It has pins, you don't have to carry a balance board. I use a Paraboard with it so I can charge up to 4 small lipos at once.

Pros>
The iMars charger from gens ace does in fact measure the IR of batteries.
It is a very portable and sleek looking charger.
works well with 12v car battery
Affordable

Cons>
It's an ok charger so far but the balance board 2S, 3S and 4S plugs werent soldered onto the board and i had to do it myself,... which was tedious & a stressful operation.

I have 3 different 12v AC adapters. the charger doesn't work with the 1.2 amp... lights just flash
the .3 and .8 amp adapters work but ya can't really charge anything unless you're willing to wait many hours.


It's an ok charger. Have yet to use with a power supply, so it may work great with adequate PS.

if you need another charger.... a portable charger... $39 is hard to beat that measures IR. But I wouldnt want this to be the only charger.
