Here's the web page:

http://www.micro-flight.com/

There's a lot of kits for a lot of different helicopters listed there. I've got a MD500E kit for a Blade MCX2 (coaxial) that I really enjoyed putting together. I ended up with a very nice flying helicopter at the end. Click my username to go to my blog where I've got pix of it.

By the way, sonnetg, your collection looks AWESOME. I really like the display cases you have them in!

LOL...yeah...the display case is a bit cheesy. I think it's used at jewelry stores...but heck..it beats cleaning the dust off those helis

I am working on a Bell 47 scale. Seem to be a lot of work, but you can download the attachment. Paul (from helifreak.com) was kind enough to document it for nano scale lovers. I will give it a try with NE 260.

And thanks for the link. I will check it out.

Cheesy or not, that's a collection I can appreciate! I'd much rather be able to see a collection of helis than a collection of Fabergé eggs or something. LOL

Thanks. That is true. something about helicopters i absolutely love. My pride and joy in my 500 Airwolf. It took a while to put it together, but turned out nice. Due to space issues, i plan to build smaller but very detailed helis now.

That's a really great site, but i wish it had a English version. Are there any translating sites that i may be able to use with this website.

The picture in the first post looks like a DH 9113, it's a 3 channel, but don't under estimate its abilities. Check out this crazy German dude's video. (No disrespect to the guy in the video, its all good clean fun.)

I have this one. It looks great in display cases, but it's rather boring to fly. Definitely Good for beginners. It's very stable like a coax, but little maneuverability with 3 channel.

The Nine Eagles 320A Bravo SX is much more fun to fly and at a great price too.

Just an FYI, i have emailed info@heli-scale-quality.com. Very helpful folks. The kits are around $60 a piece (including decals and supplementary parts), but seems to be a lot of work (painting and whatnot). I think i will give revell kits a try first. If that fails, these are fuselages i am definitely ordering:

Schweizer 300C (Hughes 269C): http://www.heli-scale-quality.com/co...art/Itemid,43/

Bell OH-58 Kiowa: http://www.heli-scale-quality.com/co...art/Itemid,43/

Bell UH-1D Huey: http://www.heli-scale-quality.com/co...art/Itemid,43/

Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk: http://www.heli-scale-quality.com/co...art/Itemid,43/

Maybe the Revell kits may come in handy after all

Hi guys,

Japanese sellers announced that the Solo pro 319 Blackhawk will be released on August 10. I was surprised by the large difference of the prices between japan price ¥33,800=$422 and Shanghai OOmodel price $259.99.

I just got one of these and am pretty disappointed with it, other than it looks cool, I have two of the WLtoys V911 that fly circles around this one.
