Guess you be out of luck there ... tiny heli, R&D for a 4bladed head, licensing fees for the US airforce (and with the state of US finances this will be a heck of a fee .)
... this is going to cost way more than an arm and a leg ...

I think the Bravo SX still runs about $85 RTF. Licensing would go to Sikorsky, but probably isn't a big factor since they already have the Blackhawk body on a micro co-ax. Still, figure R&D, FBL, 4-blade head, and collective pitch. I'd guess a bit higher than Genius, but less than double.

Just added two more to my collection. These are all 3 channels fixed pitch, so nothing amusing, but still beats co-ax in the looks department, and would look nice in a showcase.

Aighogs/Silverlit - Bell 222: 6.5"
Silverlit Black Hawk - 10"

That is sweet. Time permitting, i may opt to build my own, but it's very time consuming. Here's an interesting DIY micro scale helicopter link. http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=357249

One thing for sure, its no walk in the park

I got the bell 222 from ebay last month. It's a fun little copter, but I wish it was locally available.

You should be able to find it in target or walmart under "Air Hogs" brand, but ebay is cheaper. These are fun indeed. I recall my whole addiction started out with a cheapo from target. Now, i can't seem to get enough scale models

I still need a Lama, Apache & a UH-1 Huey in my micro collection, and I will be a happy camper...for now..

PS: This is my small fleet of co-ax (except for walkera wolf)

Another NE scale heli:

A coax, but perhaps the fuselage can be fitted to a Solo Pro V. Before the Bravo SX appeared, people were already doing that with the Bravo III (coax with Hughes body) body.

Once you put this body on a Solo Pro, the problem is going to be the Fenestron ... or in other words the tail propeller that you are going to HAVE to use ...

Finally found a Fixed Pitch Apache version of a micro heli [Comanche 4CH Gyro - FX035 - 17.5" length]. It's not the prettiest in the world, but will do for now. Great price as well.

I am wondering whether other models are out there (Black Hawk/Airwolf/Apache/Hughes/etc)?

I can find plenty of co-axials, but single-blade versions seem to be a rarity.

Please let me know if anyone happens to know the source. 8"-10" would be perfect. (under $100 would be great, since i am planning to collect a bunch for decorative purpose, and occasional flying)

Thank you so much.

PS: Here's a pic of the Cobra i got.

Is this 4CH ? or 3CH ?

That's a 3 channel. I am planning to get some revell kits and converting them to scale heli with a NE 260 heli. not sure whether the motor is going powerful enough though.

Here's what i accumulated so far. not too shabby ..

The NE Black Hawk is still in my wishlist though: http://www.oomodel.com/nine-eagles-s...z-p-63443.html

You could also opt for getting the Nine Eagles 270 and the MIA mSR kit. It's just plug and play installing it and the result looks smashing:
