I realize this model hasn't been out long, but is it available in the USA yet? The largest retailer I've been able to find it at is helipal. I was sold on the V400D02, until I read about the servo problems. FWIR in this thread, this one will end up with the same problems, but at least it seems durable enough that it may not blow itself apart in a crash, plus the 6-axis should keep it more stable in a hover.

Where are the replacement servo gears at on the HobbyOne web site?
I can't find them.

Look forward to reading that review Tom.
Thanks for all the effort you put into posting information for everyone.

The servo gears were listed originally under "Module Tools" but they have vanished as well as the genius cp servo gears.

Thank you. I was having major troubles finding this in a US store. The model they carry is ARF, meaning I'd need a battery and charger. I hate those banana plugs it uses. Any idea if the battery will charge through the balance port? I don't want to have to adapt something from banana to deans to fit my charger.

Your welcome. I'm glad I can post information for everyone.
I will also be reviewing the RC Magic Cube MTC-01 which is on the way to me,
the V450D03 (when released), and the V120D02S V2.
Also I have doubled the amount of TX setup guides I have in my sticky.

Thanks for the info on the servo gears.
I wanted to order some but will have to wait until they get more in.

I also have a magic cube coming (with the master cp) will be here Monday after patiently?!? waiting for 3 weeks. Be interesting to see how the converter shapes up.
Is there any info yet on where to find the android software (not that I would fly the master cp with it) just like to have all the bits and pieces for things. Might be fun flying something like the ladybird by android though.

You will get your MTC-01 before I do. Let me know how it works for you.
The android software is now an Walkera's web site to download.
You can also download it here.

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showp...3&postcount=42

You can see what the android software is like before you get your MTC-01.
The Ladybird should be good try out. I am going to try my ladybird, hoten x, and mini cp. Then if those work OK maybe I'll try the master cp.

I'll be waiting to hear about the MTC-01 Magic cube since I have one on the way also. Probably on the slow boat from China so if it works it will be outdated before it arrives. And since I don't have any Devo helis It will be nice to know if it works before I take the plung with another wkkkopter.

Thank you kindly for that link, much appreciated.
Now I have a couple of days to get to grips with using an android phone, had it for over a year and have never used it.
I wonder if clinging to the simple things is something that usually comes with age, along with the other stuff I haven't discovered yet, like false teeth and a bad memory?

9 hrs later... oooh heck, no wonder I keep using my simple old nokia, I think I must have got one of the worst android phones on the market, (motorola milestone 2/droid2), ah well still got time to get familiar with it.

i'm still trying to get brushless going keep having to make little changes here and there. If i get this working properly I will give a full heads up on what works and what doesn't. One thing for sure, the best bet on motor choice will be any motor at 4200rpm with the stock pinion. Why?, you may ask, the MasterCP uses a .6modulus on it's 2.3shaft. It's extremely hard to find pinions spec'd that size (unless you try a car pinion *hint*) so you can save yourself a headache if you go straight to a 4200kv motor.
