120D02S is your best bet.
- It's small but big enough to see it with your eyes even at a good distance.
- Nice & stable.
- Built very strong, just make sure to tie the servo tail pushrod with a string like dental floss so you don't loose it if it ever pops out on a crash.
- You can fly it slow or fast
- It's 1 cell, so it's really cheap to spare lipos
- Most of all, FUN to fly

I can only agree with the FUN factor. I had a blast with the Genius CP last 9 months and this V120 is just the same. Genius CP learned me a lot. The V120 takes it a step further.

The 120 is a very strong heli as well due to it's light weight. Great for 3D starters.
The only thing that could be costly with it as spare parts are the servos. But it would take a good crash to break it.

I'm hoping that the Master CP is not a precursor of all things to come from Walkera moving forward (i.e., inexpensive, low-cost everything). While I love my V120D02S for all its plastic parts that make it so much better than the original V120D02 (as well as the Mini CP), I appreciate the fact that Walkera still manufactures birds with a bit of complexity such as the V200D03.

Those bloody servos, though, and we won't talk about the 4F200.

I'm hoping the Futaba 3114 servo is a drop-in for the Master CP too.

Nah, I think you can expect Walkera to update all their previous models to the V120D02S standard..

PDF owners manual

I am looking for the PDF owners manual for Walkera Master CP.
Walkera doesn't have it listed on there web site.
It is said that it is on a CD included with the heli.
If the file size is not too big can somebody email it to me or post it here?
I want to make a TX setup guide for it and list it in my TX setup guide sticky.

Edit:

I just found this out.

"Walkera recommended using their downloaded minicp.bin as a starting point for the Master. Their settings are very similar".

I will list the TX settings from the Master CP owners manual (if I can get a copy of it) in my Master CP setup guide and also list
the Mini CP settings.

You should take a look at the V120D02S. It is still quite durable and much larger than the Mini CP. It is much more wind resistant as well as 3D capable a well.

Weird that they're selling it on Ebay but not on their website.

I've bought blades and some 450 parts from them in the past (the brass boom holder bolts for the 450 Sport from VWinRC are great, much better than the Tarot or even the Align part), the only trouble I've had from them was a Hobbywing Pentium 40A ESC that caught fire (belching pink smoke from under the canopy) in my 4S 500 watt 450 sport on takeoff two days after I got it. (opened it and one of the FETs had exploded). Was strange because it's supposed to be the same thing as the Turnigy Plush 40A but this one had a "soft start" that was about 2 seconds and the startup music was in a lower octave. It might have been an older model though because it used 1 capacitor like the older plush ESCs did.

Where would I find this when you're done with it?

I will add it to my Walkera TX/RX Setup Guides Sticky (see link below).

Someone just sent me the pdf owners manual so I will start
working on a setup guide soon.
zadaw also posted the owners manual for me also.
