There is no true indication that your claim is valid.

Because, as you have already admitted, he would still be alive if he left when asked.... and he was asked because he showed his weapon.

Constitutionaly This is not an issue.

Otherwise all we have a right to is a closet full of guns that we can never take outside.

The fact of the matter is the right to keep and bear... It is not limited to your closet.

He would still be alive if he hadn't been approached for nothing more than accidentally exposing his firearm.

There is that tangled knot again.

Hey, if he hadn't gone shopping that day, he wouldn't have been shot either!

He is not responsible for the overreaction. Why do you keep trying to make it his fault for how the response went into SWAT team mode?

Chaos theory arguments don't make it Erik's fault for being shot.

Determining that is kind of why you have inquiries and, if warranted, trials.

Doesnt it seem obvious to you that simply being near this fella in Costo brought DANGER to everyone in the area? If this fella had NOT been armed its clear bullets wouldnt have been flying over peoples heads [IN A PUBLIC PLACE]

Determining that first requires a level of evidence that does indicate it, not simply allege it.

It seems clear at this point that there are some that believe going back to gun slinging and the old west are what this country needs to get back on track.

Who do you feel believes that?

You believe that some people believe that we should 'go back' to a fake hollywood creation?

Corpses are generally a pretty good indication something's gone wrong.

They aren't evidence of civil rights violations by themselves though.

Is it common for stores in the US to not allow people to carry guns on their premesis? Is this something a concealed carry permit holder should be aware of?
It's alright going on about rights but carrying a gun is a responsibility. Whoever issued the permit is responsible here. The type of person who is going to carry a gun onto someone else's property then not respect their rules and leave when asked has shown a lack of responsibility. If he was carrying it for personal protection it didn't work. Quite the opposite. It got him killed.
