Any good 3 m arfs out there?

I am considering a Isthmus Models Mirage for my next plane, but I haven't built anything that size. Anyone recommend a similar performance arf that isn't too expensive? Obviously going to go electric.

Thanks
Andrew

Define "isn't too expesnive". What is your price limit for the airframe, no servos or other things.

Esprit has some nice 3M models in the $400 to $800 range. I like the look of the Pulsars

If you are looking at kits, I think you picked a nice one. www.mmglidertech.com has some nice kits as too.

I'd like to stay under 500. SWMBO/ chief financial officer probably wouldn't release the funds for something along the lines of the 3.2m pulsars.
Not sure when I'd get one right now anyway...just doing some prelim research.
Thanks for the ideas, Ed. I like the Gracia, but I already have the 2.5m +tail version the Prelude.
I guess I'll have to keep an eye on the classifieds just in case.

Got 3 years worth of retro pay last Thursday and decided to buy myself something...
Went with a Pulsar 3.2E REF from Esprit Models.

Anyone have the instructions or a link to them? I'd like to read up before it arrives.

Thanks
Andrew

Andrew,
Try this thread on the Pulsar.Lots of info and photos

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=613035

It was a help to me setting up my 3.2 M RES as they come with no manual. They are not hard to finish but it might take some thinking to get her the way you want. You're gonna love her!

Thanks Warren. I just start reading that thread. Seems to have a bunch of info.
One of my flying pals has a 1.8m pulsar and likes it. John's going to drool all over my new plane.
