Ditto on a hearty congratulations! For a maiden and shake down flight sounds like a winner. Figured it would fly good. Maybe you can turn up aileron throws and keep the wing as is? Good luck on the motor mount and anything else you try out on it.

That is fairly large for a foamie. Looks like you need to give it a good hard throw . Not for the weak or timid!

Wim,

The video is pretty short since we were using our digital camera and the quality is so-so. I will try to get that edited tonight and get it posted. Hopefully I can get the regular video camera out there next time.

Really really nice job.The weight does not seem to be an issue.
Any chance you might have plans, it looks like its made for some of my pink foam.
Thanks

Thanks Terry.

I have plans, but would need to spend about a week making all the changes I found.
If you don't mind improvising (sometimes alot!) I can send them to you if you PM me. You have to promise not to hold it against me!

I have flown many a glow powered Patriots, and it was always one of my favourite planes! I still have one that I am considering converting to electric.

That said, yours looks fantastic and is a great version of it! If there are plans, I would love to get my hands on a set of them!

Thanks in advance,
Steve
