You can't really put those two in same sentence.
You either want one, or the other.

Naza if you don't know how to fly and just want to hover, or multiwii stuff if you actually plan to touch the sticks once and a while.

well im just upgrading from a kk board cuz mine has the roll gyro going out or something, it wants to randomly flip /:

following airplanes is tough
HoverFly Y-6 Fresno Field Flying FPV: 4x4, Tiger Moth Collision..... (3 min 49 sec)


the best i have seen is CazyJ who flys a multiwiicopter.com Paris Board using rate mode (gyros only)

the strength of the Naza really is its ability to hover, not saying it cannot go fast, but its strength is in Alt Hold and Auto leveling.... either will be useful for following an airplane (IMO)

so if that is what you want to do the multiwii controller is cheaper and will get the job done.
