Exactly what is the problem? Every unit we have bench tested has flown correctly and perfectly out of the box. Have you made changes to the configuration in the Tx? On Aug 16th you reported it was flying well. How can we help or advise?

We can't get the software to work well; either has bad tail way or no tail authority

Also it seems the gyro software function is for the speed of tail servo and that's it.

No gain function!

Curves don't make much sense either

We're all scratched our heads here

We are sorry to hear of your issues. As we bench test, setup and test fly all Skyartec Helicopter Products we ship, it is difficult to say what the problem really is.
Maybe you can contact dealer for a return or refund. However if that is not a possible option, the best we can offer is that you send it to us. If there are no broken parts and it is flyable, but just needs to the tuned up; we will do that at no cost to you OTHER than the exact reutrn postage cost back to you.

We planned on supplying you with a copy of the version we use to tune them, with the return of the heli. We cannot promise it will work on your computer, however it should, as we use it on a Windows 7 64bit computer. As there are so many variations of issues with hardware, other software installed and driver conflicts we cannot offer much in the way of computer software support.
We will supply you with the correct version of software should you send it to us for tuning that does properly setup the configuration.

I didn't buy the heli from you, but thanks for the offer as its much appreciated.

It was given to me a gift so I'll contact the vendor.

All I really need is the american/english version of the software.

yes with a LCD screen like the futaba and spektrum and is programmable. We have shipments coming in our next ocean container. You will see them as they become available.

Is the new TX going to replace the 706 TX and are they going to bundel it with the X3V and the Belt 250 instead of the 706?

The factory is making the new version of the Tx - with the LCD screen available with the new shipments. As dealers get later stock they will have the newer version available. Our shipment of the new version of the Tx will be here in a few weeks.
