Nice work. I would like to have a plan. No matter the size, I can modify it using PhotoShop or Corel. My wish is to build a rather small model, something like 70 inches wingspan.
If any of you guys have a plan, kindly send it to my email edubarca1946@gmail.com Thanks!!
And Conderdefan's model is beautifulllllllllll!!!! Congratulations

I contacted Phillip Noel in the UK about his 80" Super Connie plans but his plans are temporarily unavailable because he is selling the business. 80" is the perfect size for me. I will be watching to see if you find a good source. I also have the plans from Uncle Willies but they are not very good and would probably ned a redesign.

Dave, i didn't knew Phil was selling his business, i like his Phils design way way better then Uncle Willies as it's photocopies of old Kyoshu control line model from back 60'-70's era and yes they have problems that need to be addressed in aft fuselage section, ask me how i know about his plans.....

I also have factory drawings and maintenance manuals on Super Constellation that i used to build my model during early stages of structure construction.

Thank you Nakiam, I said before that I would like about 70, 80 inches wingspan. The size of the plan is no problem since it can be enlarged or reduced with PhotoShop or Corel with just a couple of clicks. The beauty of technology!!!!

I managed to make a clean conversion of the Uncle Willies plan sheet to CAD DXF. Now I can create the peices I need from that document (formers, ribs etc.).

I am thinking of 1/17th scale or about 87" wingspan.

The Noel laser parts and plans look awesome and I hate to reinvent the wheel but since the plans are unavailable I think I will forge ahead. Been a CAD designer for over 25 years but have never designed a plane but here goes....
